Delete your account

To request deletion of your Hercules account and personal data, email us at support@joinhercules.fit from the email address associated with your account, and include the phone number you use to sign in. We will permanently delete your account and personal data, including your profile, workout history, and any health data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect.

You can also delete your account directly in the app: go to Profile → Manage Account → Delete Account.

Billing records required for tax law, fraud and abuse logs, chargebacks, and other legal compliance are retained, potentially indefinitely, as required by applicable laws. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation — to cancel your subscription, see joinhercules.fit/cancel.
